Prices & Sizes

All shoe styles are priced between £50 and £65, and the boots are priced at £65 per pair. Prices are inclusive of VAT. Depending on stock availability, various sizes between 32 and 36 are available in the different styles.

How to order

Customers can purchase shoes through the feet-petite website by selecting the style and size you require, and clicking the ‘Add to basket’ button.

We use Paypal to process our online payments. Paypal is free to use and uses highly advanced technology to help keep your account safe. Customers do not need to own a Paypal account to use this payment method on the feet-petite website.

Before you order, you will need to know your European shoe size. If you are unsure what size you may be, take a look at our information on ‘What size am I?’.

If you would rather pay by cheque or balance transfer, please send your request to info@feet-petite.com.

When paying by cheque, we will need to wait for the amount to clear before we send the shoes to you. If you would like to carry out a balance transfer, we will email you the bank details for feet-petite.

Postage and packaging will automatically be added to your order total when using the online payment. VAT has already been included in the prices.

What size am I?

Shoe sizes in high street shops do tend to vary, so please help us send you the correct size. We recommend that you send an email indicating your foot measurements to info@feet-petite.com.

Please measure the length of your feet and then the circumference around the widest part. Please measure both of your feet so that we can aim to send you the best size possible. We cannot however, guarantee that we will send you the correct size. Should you find the shoes you have ordered are not correct once you receive them, please return them to us within 14 days indicating the replacement size you would like to order.

We recommend looking at other shoes you have to see if they show you what European size you currently wear. Please note that if you have been wearing children’s sizes, you will in most cases need to order shoes that are one whole size bigger.

To give you some idea of the approximate shoe size you may require, please find below a guide to UK and EU shoe size conversions. This is however just a guide designed to act as a starting point on deciding approximately what size you may take.

Postage & Packaging

Feet-petite use Royal mail for all deliveries. When ordering online, the UK postage costs will be added automatically. If purchasing goods for delivery to the European Union or International, please email info@feet-petite.com.

Returns Policy

Our ethos at feet-petite is to ensure that we constantly meet and hopefully exceed all of your expectations when you purchase from us. We understand how long you have been waiting for your feet to finally feel fashionable, and that means we want to make sure you feel special!

Therefore, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we are more than happy for you to return the goods to us. All that we ask is that you return the goods in their original condition, with the completed return form, within 14 days of your receipt. Once we have received the goods back, and are happy that they are in perfect condition, a full refund for the cost of the goods will be issued to you straight away. We recommend that you send the shoes by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, to ensure they are returned as safely as possible.

Replacements

Before we send you the goods that you have ordered, we will do our best to ensure that we send you the correct size by taking measurements of your feet. However, if you find that the shoes do not fit once you have taken delivery or that you would like to try a different style, please return the goods within 14 days, specifying which size/style you would like to be sent in replacement. The delivery costs incurred during the replacement process will be your responsibility, however, we endeavour to keep the requirement of replacements to a minimum.

If the replacement size/style you would like is out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible. We will then discuss with you whether you would like to order a different style, or if you would like us to refund the cost of the goods.

Order Errors

If for any reason we send you an incorrect size or style to what you ordered, please return these goods within 14 days. We will then ensure that the correct goods are sent out to you as soon as possible. Should there be any errors on our part, or if you have been sent defective goods, the delivery charges you incur for returning the goods, and the additional cost to send the new goods to you, will be paid by feet-petite.
